Escrow & payments

Money moves only when the work is approved.

Every deal on PairMyBrand has its own escrow. The brand pays in before the creator starts, and the creator is paid as soon as the brand approves.

1 · The creator accepts

The deal is agreed from the creator's price list or an accepted application. Both sides accept a short written agreement covering what will be delivered, by when and with which usage rights.

2 · The brand pays into escrow

The brand pays the agreed price plus a 10% platform fee and gets an invoice. The money is held by PairMyBrand — the creator can see it's there, but can't receive it yet.

3 · Plan, film, review

With Script check on, the creator's short plan is approved before filming. The brand reviews watermarked previews, pins changes and approves. Two edit rounds are included.

4 · The creator is paid

When everything is approved, the escrow is released and the creator receives the agreed price minus a 4% platform fee. If the brand doesn't respond within 72 hours of delivery, the work is approved automatically.

Example

  • Agreed price: $900
  • Brand pays: $990 (including the 10% fee)
  • Creator receives: $864 (after the 4% fee)

If something goes wrong

If the creator misses the delivery date, the brand can cancel for a full refund. If the work doesn't match the agreement, either side can raise an issue and our team reviews it. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
