Refund & Cancellation Policy

PairMyBrand is operated by Tanviral Labs OPC Private Limited. “We” and “us” on this page mean Tanviral Labs OPC Private Limited.

Before you pay

Either side can cancel a deal at any time before the brand has paid into escrow. Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.

While the money is in escrow

• Missed delivery date: if the creator has not delivered by the agreed due date, the brand can cancel the deal and receive a full refund of the amount paid, including the platform fee.
• Work doesn't match the agreement: the brand can raise an issue from the deal. The deal is put on hold and our team reviews the brief, the approved plan, the deliverables and the chat, then decides to pay the creator, refund the brand, or split the amount.
• Both sides agree to stop: contact us and we will refund the agreed amount.

A partial refund is split between the deal amount and the platform fee in the same proportion as the original payment.

After the work is approved

Once the brand approves the work — or it is approved automatically after 72 hours without a response — the money is released to the creator and can no longer be refunded through PairMyBrand. If something is seriously wrong, contact us and we will look into it.

Paid extras

Usage-rights renewals are final once paid. An extra edit round is refunded automatically if the deal it belongs to is cancelled before it is completed.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
