Terms of Service

These terms cover how PairMyBrand may be used by businesses and creators. The full agreement is being finalised ahead of general availability.

Who operates PairMyBrand

PairMyBrand is operated by Tanviral Labs OPC Private Limited, India. References to “PairMyBrand”, “we” or “us” on this page mean Tanviral Labs OPC Private Limited.

Using PairMyBrand

You must provide accurate information, list only accounts you own or are authorised to represent, and follow the rules of the social platforms you post on.

Campaigns and offers

A campaign offer sets out the deliverables, formats and amount. Both sides are expected to honour what was agreed in the brief.

Payments

Businesses pay the agreed amount plus a 10% platform fee into escrow. It is released to the creator, minus a 4% platform fee, once the work is approved — or automatically if the business doesn't respond within 72 hours of delivery. Fees are always shown before you confirm.

Availability

PairMyBrand is in early access. Features may change, and we do not guarantee campaign outcomes.
